Class Descriptions – October 2014

Wednesday, October 8^th  6:15pm  “Love Your Cuttlebug” $15.00  Bring your Cuttlebug or Big Shot machine & plates and complete four beautiful cards.  We will have the necessary folders and dies to pass around in class, but feel free to bring yours if you own the ones we are using this month.

“Art Journal Page Creations #1 and #2”  Thursday, October 16^th and 30^th, respectively.  You will complete a two-page piece of art in each class. Additional supplies to bring:  Your Art Journal or two sheets of watercolor paper, Studio Medium & brush, paint brush for painting, paper towels, baby wipes, Black and White Signo Pens and Black Stamper’s Big Brush Pen.  Classes taught at 10:30 am and 6:15pm both dates.

Thursday, October 9^th 10:30am and 6:15pm – Canvas Creations $25.00  Complete a lovely canvas work of art suitable for gift-giving or to decorate your home or office.  Bring Studio Medium & brush, paint brush for painting, paper towels, baby wipes, black & white Signo Pens, Black Stamper’s Big Brush Pen.

$5.00 Make & Takes are set for all Saturdays in October.  Make 5 cards or a 2-page layout for this low price!  Call ahead to reserve your kit so you won’t miss out.  They begin at 10:00am, and you work at your own pace.  We close at 5:00pm on Saturdays, so we encourage you to arrive no later than 4:00pm in order to finish your projects.  Supplies will be out through the following Tuesday if you can’t make it on Saturday. 

“Shall we Scrap” Crop night scheduled for Friday, October 17^th  from 6:00pm-midnight. Cost is $5.00 per person with minimum signups.  Call to pre-register. 885-7377

You can make your own or just work with your kiddo.  Additional supplies needed:  Studio Medium, brushes, paper towels, baby wipes, Craft Mat if you have one, Black & White Signo Pens, Black Stampers Big Brush Pen.

Kit Class –By the Seashore Layouts $24.00  Kits available August 19^th,  which include materials to make three 2-page layouts. Complete kits here at the store or take pictures and finish them at home. 

Tuesday, August 19^th – Fairies in a Jar $18.00  You’ve probably seen my little samples on display, and this will be your chance to make an adorable creation of your own.  Bring your Studio Medium & brush, along with regular class supplies.

NV Scrappers “Farm Aid” Crop will be held here at County Purr Farm on August 8^th & 9^th, as a benefit to County Purr Farm.  We have flyers at the store with all the information needed to sign up or to get involved in other ways.  We appreciate the effort from NV Scrappers to organize this for us, and hope to have a great turnout!  There will be prizes you can win with raffle tickets, and a silent auction with lots of items to bid on.
